These guys were grade A from start to finish. Phil came out and met the adjuster at the house, climbed on the roof and marked out the areas that were affected from a past storm. (Adjuster wouldn't go up there, just flew a drone) Chris took it from there and was on sight during the whole process. He waited for me to get home the day they put the roof on, just to make sure I was happy. It looked amazing.
