I recently took my vehicle to this business to have the brake pads changed. The mechanic told me that he couldn't compress the brake caliper piston and charged me for the labor. I understand that problems can arise in the blue collar industry, so I didn't think much of it at the time. However, when I finally had a day off, I decided to try and compress the piston myself. This is my third? time coming to this shop. I'm writing after my most recent visit today because I came in stressed and of course worried about the likelihood of shelling out $$ on my car which has been having issues. The owner walked me through my concerns, told me how to handle it, answered my questions (I had a lot!) and explained everything to me like he was teaching a class.
