The worst. They ruined my VERY expensive formal dress. They claimed I dropped it off damaged. No one called to let us know. They hung it and tagged it with my other 2 dresses as if it had been dry cleaned or laundered. They didn't inform me at pick up of their findings. I know they ruined it there. The employee accused me of trying to iron it. They never let me talk to the owner because he is never there. I am very unsatisfied with the service at this location. Twice I've taken pants there and received them back with burns. I confronted the manager and was told that it was dirt. I will not return to this location. Service could be improved by taking responsibiity for damamged clothing and applying a credit for future services.
