Updated: don’t move here unless you enjoy watching all your bills increase every year. Our HOA started out at $795 2 years ago and are now $965 a year now. Our water bill just increased again for the 2nd time in 2 years. $111 per month now before you use any water. Your yearly mud district taxes are extremely high and no exemptions are applied. We moved in a year ago today and have had a great experience so far! Our Pulte customer care representative, Josh, was amazing when it came to our 1 year inspection! Thank you all, we look forward to spending many more years in our home.
Our experience with Pulte from the sales office with Tim to our construction manager Coleman has been outstanding!! We're very satisfied with our home purchase and we love the neighborhood.
I have lived here for a couple of weeks, but we were here regularly for months watching our home get built. I have no complaints about the community at all. There have been multiple community events already.
