We moved in a year ago today and have had a great experience so far! Our Pulte customer care representative, Josh, was amazing when it came to our 1 year inspection! Thank you all, we look forward to spending many more years in our home.
Our experience with Pulte from the sales office with Tim to our construction manager Coleman has been outstanding!! We're very satisfied with our home purchase and we love the neighborhood.
I have lived here for a couple of weeks, but we were here regularly for months watching our home get built. I have no complaints about the community at all. There have been multiple community events already.
Choosing Pulte as my builder was the best decision I made. My construction builder Luis was amazing; very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I love my home!
Don’t get me wrong we love our new Pulte home! The problem a lot of people are having is with the water and the HOA! Also make sure you get correct information from your salesperson on HOA rules before buying. We bought being told it was fine to have a basketball goal in our driveway only to get a letter from the HOA saying it’s not! The HOA fees have went up the last 2 years. The HOA doesn’t keep up with the Ponds and if anything is broken it doesn’t get fixed. The neighborhood has Airbnb’s in. No communication from the HOA... read more
