Service with them was great for many years. However, things have changed over the last 12 months. Don't believe what they say about being responsive. When there is a problem, they don't respond. In fact their CEO Veronica Duckett chose to not respond to issues for several months. The way she handled the problems was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
