I couldn't tell you how much of a pleasure it was to work with Eddie Urquijo. My roommate and I searched high and low for a new apartment until we met Eddie Urquijo. The communication was incredibly transparent and timely, and it was clear that everyone we interacted with cared deeply about our needs and providing the best experience possible. It was our first time looking for an apartment together, and we are very grateful that Maven made the process as streamlined and efficient as possible!
UPDATE - Reducing the rating. After my last horrible experience, when renewal time came, I found out I had to move because the listing agent called me to ask to show my apartment. Zero communication from the landlord. I then found out that what I was told and what the landlord was told were completely different things. There's only so much I can chalk up to 'miscommunication' before it becomes obvious that the agents will say anything just to get the lease signed.
