On or about lease execution for 101 Morse St, Watertown, MA 02472, Manish Kumar, acting as a real estate agent on behalf of Maven Realty, Inc., showed the apartment and facilitated the tenancy. Eddie was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions. This is my first time renting in a city like this, so having someone with that depth of experience in helping renters was invaluable in confidently locking down a spot. Thank you!!
Rachel was absolutely wonderful in helping us find our apartment for next year. As recent college grads, apartment searches can be difficult and overwhelming, but Rachel made sure it was smooth sailing for us. Extremely thorough in all aspects of the process, and made us feel very taken care of with utmost professionalism. Thank you so very much!
Manish and Dayse were fantastic to work with. They were easy to talk to and really cared about our search. They communicated lightning-fast, which got us a lease to the apartment we wanted. Would definitely work with them again!
