The lack of response from Maven is the reason I’m writing this review. As a property management company, it is literally your job to maintain your properties, and Maven failed at every turn. We booked a 12-day stay at one of Maven’s properties in Sneads Ferry via Airbnb for nearly $3,000. My family traveled from out of state and arrived at 10:30pm, only to find that the home was not ready for guests. All three beds had dirty linens covered in animal hair and urine -- disgusting. We have used Maven Properties to manage our townhouse since 2019 and would not switch companies for anything! They are great with communication and the vendor prices are very reasonable and have saved us thousands of dollars over the years. The property manager, Dillon, is very responsive and does a fantastic job making sure that our tenants are happy and our property is maintained to our standards. I highly recommend using Maven Properties if you are going to rent your home.
