Maven Motors was great. I went there looking for a specific used car that they had. Eli was very flexible with my schedule as I work ~1.5 hours away. Listed the car at a fair price, was honest about everything he told me, including pointing out small asthenic issues with the car unprompted. He also worked with me to get the car delivered to my work. All around fantastic experience and would go back next time I need another car.
Okay, a little late, but I cannot let another day go by without letting the world know how amazing Maven Motors is! They have repaired two cars three times. Each repair went faster then expected, never had problems pop up until I did something to the car! Eli and Richard went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to my vehicle being involved in a car accident. Not only did they work with my budget after the accident, they came in below what they quoted which was a shocker. Then I was having issues getting a ride from Howard County to pick up my vehicle and Eli said no problem and drove my truck to me and then Ubered home. Now that my friends is called customer service. New Life long customer!!!!

Exceptional customer service! I live in FL and was visiting the Baltimore area and when the accident occurred, I quickly turned scanned the internet for collision shops with great reviews. We choose Maven based on those reviews and they are spot on. From the initial call and all my crazy questions to final pick-up, Ely and team were highly responsive and went above and beyond to help us. First rate organization who produced a quality result. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Maven Motors! My mother and I got in an accident on a Sunday and called Maven Motors. Eli was so helpful he sent a tow truck to pick us up (for free) and called Enterprise down the street to ensure we could get a rental car. Did I mention he did all this while he was out of state!
