We have been buying saw blades for at least 14 years from them, they have great blades and wonderful customer service!
Impractical and silly way to try and force sales. The ol vacuum salesman routine. Cold call amateurs. Get sales training and change that drop ship mentality of free but not free.
Deceptive sales practices. We were pulled in by a “free sawblade” offer, only to later see an attempted $400 charge for it that was never clearly disclosed. The products themselves are terrible. When we called to question the charge, the woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. While we did eventually receive a refund, it shouldn’t have required arguing over misleading terms in the first place. Overall, a frustrating and dishonest experience. I would not recommend this company.
GRANT IF THAT IS HIS REAL NAME, IS A PUSHY, RUDE SALESMAN, CALLS PERSISTENTLY WITH UNDERHANDED TECHNIQUES TO GET WHAT HE WANTS. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
A SCAM!! If they call you, just hang up! They try to send blades and make it sound as if theyre send a couple to try for free but send you 50 blades u never asked for then send you a 400$ bill a couples weeks later! Trash blades at that
