I have very thick, long, curly hair and I’m super particular about it. I usually get nervous trying new stylists, but every experience I’ve had here has been amazing! I’ve gone a couple of times now and can confidently say this salon is consistently great with my hair. I always see Macee, she makes me feel completely comfortable every time. I've been coming here for almost 2 years. My cuts have been fine, with the exception of one that required fixing. I got an email that I get a complimentary birthday blowout, so I booked it. I arrived 30 minutes early. Reagan was nice, but in a hurry. I had water dumped on my face during the wash repeatedly and while attempting conversation with her the girls on either side would just interrupt when I was talking. I found that to be rude. I had the best experience working with the team at Maven. Court did my color and was such a pleasure to work with. The consult was comprehensive, and she really took time to understand what my vision was. Marissa did my cut and it feels so much healthier! They were both so kind and warm.
