Sent through an appointment request on the website and never heard a thing. Tried calling and left on hold for 15 minutes.
Great service, from the helpful ladies in reception through to James and his nurses. A kind and caring dentist who always explains what he is going to do and why.
Highly recommend Dr Alice Mood, she’s extremely gentle, efficient and a calming presence, so finally my trips to the dentist are less anxiety ridden! Also the admin team are friendly and helpful, win win!
