Such an over all amazing experience from the head massage in the water bowl to the signature cocktail. Truly a luxury experience. I especially loved the aromatherapy hot towel that was wrapped in my hair.
I saw the girls make really good job..but in my case the girl who made my hair didnt have experience..l coulnt get in my hair what l wanted but l will try again but l hope next time l can make appoitment with one of the other girl with more experience🙂😊
Jen and her team are simply the best. She is incredibly gifted, creative, and brilliant. I will never go elsewhere!!
I always have a wonderful experience. My stylist Angelina Gilligan is amazing. She gave me Teddy Bear Bronde color, because I wanted to darken it and it’s absolutely perfect! Everyone in the salon is so nice.
I haven’t even visited the salon yet, and unfortunately I’m already leaving a one-star review. I’ve tried multiple times to book an appointment—both by calling and through the online request system. After more than four follow-ups, I still haven’t received any confirmation, nor have I been able to speak to a real person. This level of unresponsiveness reflects very poor customer service. Not sure how so many people even got an appointment!
