I had a very positive experience during my visit with Dr Rutherford, she made me feel comfortable from the moment I logged on, and I genuinely felt heard and understood throughout our session. Her approach was supportive and attentive, which helped me open up easily. I’m truly grateful for her care, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
I don't know what I would do, without my Doctors with Mava. They are the best psychiatrist doctors, that have ever worked with me. They are very patient, & understanding & they really care about me. Never had an issue previously with my insurance never paying. It’s the third of the month and I’ve been away all weekend haven’t gotten on to pay my bills. They cancelled my appointment because my insurance premium has not reflected as paid yet. Never been an issue before as my insurance is active regardless. Not to mention after correcting the guy multiple times on my first name he continued to mispronounce it. States no appointment if he won’t get paid. Dr Rida is very knowledgeable and understanding. She has empathy and that’s what I look for in my provider. I also appreciate her taking the time to get to know me. I didn’t feel rushed and I certainly didn’t feel like a number.
For my 1st time visiting a psychiatrist, I had a ton of anxiety about meeting with a professional. After meeting with Rida, those worries were put to bed, and I had the most professional experience that I could ever expect. Rida was patient and understanding and willing to listen and was super approachable during our appointment. Although I don’t have any experience with any of the other providers through this facility, I would recommend them just based on my interaction with Rida.
