Emily from Mauzy Property's is a Jem She is extremely efficient and always available when I call in, text or email with questions or concerns. Emily is VERY prompt with the request/s I submit. My Aunt wanted me to write a review for Josh (last name unknown) who did the maintenance at our property. She told me that he was very kind and understanding. That he did the repair like a real professional and that he also took the time to listen to her. He helped moved some heavy furniture to make sure it was NOT going to get damaged. My property manager Shannon Woodstrom is professional with the mix of courtesy. From the fist moment we moved in, Ms Woodstrom has helped me transition to our new home with care and understanding. Her approach to satiations has always been very truthful and she has always made sure things were taken care in a timely matter.

We needed a broken door replaced and Carlos (the tech) was awesome. He was friendly and efficient. Nina followed up after to make sure everything went well and asked if there was anything else they could do. They really make renting easy.
