James is a great guy that does a fantastic job of repairing all types of watches. I have a fleet of watches that he has repaired and serviced over the years. I've seen him resize bands while you wait, or change batteries while you wait. If he is not too busy, he may be able to fix the problem on the spot. He is a really nice guy not looking to rip people off like some other watch makers.
