Great service, but it’s a hit or miss depending on your stylist. And it seems like their turnover rate is high.
New to Vancouver, decided to find a hair salon close to home and I saw some good ratings here. The staff was polite and did hair cut okay. But when it came to blow drying…I was shocked at the level of incompetence…there was no technique and I just could not stand the way my hair was being mishandled. My hair ended up looking poofy and there were flyaways all over my head. If I am paying to get my hair blow dried I expected some professionalism. Never visiting again. Was really upset..
My hair looks really bad after the perm. No shape, dull, messy curls. Wasting all my money. Communication with the stylist was terrible too. I requested to do a retouch of my hair. They asked me to come to the store with wet hair… After I came, the owner and the stylist refuse to do anything with hair. I felt so humiliated!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!
only cut my hair for 5 mins and paid $25 never coming back
