Their apartments are the lowest quality in entire Manhattan. The woman named Mauree told to not to call the superintendent never ever. As if it was not their job to answer calls from a tenant. They did not give the back the deposit for falsified claims. I had to go to small claims court to get my money back. Please stay away.
