They Don’t even respond to maintenance requests, the building is infested with roaches and they never clean. GPG are the scumbag management company you hear all about in NYC. They are the worst people on earth
I have had the pleasure of working with several professional and helpful property management companies over the last 20 years. Mautner Glick is the exact opposite of this. Rude, non professional bullies with over priced properties. I hope no one Ever has to use them again..I hope they close down.
