Very poor business practices. Do not trust. While my relative was terminally ill and later passed away. Tim attempted to blackmail me out of 1000.00 to take down a false review he left me because his transaction didn't go exactly as he thought even though he did not mention a word until after it closed...He was angry about keys and other things.
