My vascular doctor had a referral sent over to this office. They sent my paperwork with my appointment to a very old address first of all. I called letting them know that I hadn't received a call bc my doctor said they would call with in 5 days they didn't so I called. The woman who does the appointments was really rude to me in the beginning when I informed her I didn't get a call she told me they don't call they send out a letter. I have had an amazing experience with both staff and provider Ms. Smith. The staff was friendly and welcoming and Ms. Smith took care of my concerns as if they were hers and I felt heard. She went over my results in details and gone above and beyond to explain what's causing my symptoms. I felt very well taken care of and for that i'm very thankful for the genuine efforts.
I went there d/t having a positive RA factor had a couple of appointments really liked the NP but I was supposed to have a follow up appointment I think it was 6 months. Never got a reminder all I got was you missed your appointment and we can no longer see you if you don’t reschedule. I tried several times to reschedule and never got a call back.
I see why they have 2 stars. Got let go as a patient for missing an appointment. I missed an appointment due to a concussion from a seizure I had. I was down for weeks and my appointment was sometime during that time, obviously I forgot and there was nothing besides FEELING BETTER on my mind. Luckily got rescheduled (they were going to drop me that day and told me that).
