Was great before moved to new facility.. Now Dr doesn't listen.. doesn't run "full labs " or full follow-up labs.. ( the 1 major test they ordered.. ultrasound had to go to hospital to get instead of in building..(?) Had to find out where.. set / wait wks for apt.. asked if there was separate costs due to being @ hospital.. yes separate costs (?) Never had before (with my specialist.. everything in 1 office) asked costs.. was given a cost $100- 115.. when made apt. Got bill.. was more$$..PLUS separate BILL (?) That came mont... read more
Idk what the bad reviews are about. Every single person I saw was so nice. Dr Bailey was so helpful, took time to explain everything to me. His nurse was so polite, and helpful. I had bloodwork and X-rays and both places are inside the building, the techs were so happy, friendly and helpful. I will say the lab closes at 12 for lunch, which was a little annoying BUT I was hungry anyway so I ate and came back. Lab tech was so fast, no pain.
