I see Dr.Henson could not ask for a better treatment. I have never had any problems with any of the staff.
Been coming in for the same issue for over a year and instead of trying to find a cause, nothing is done except prescribing antibiotics which do not work and not resolving the issue. I have never been some place that does not want to help you get better.
Have been going here for years- have a few not-so-great visits, but mostly quite happy with treatment! Have even let the doctors know that the office girls were doing a great job
Customer service is awful!! Front ladies care nothing about your experience. They have no respect for your time so don't think if you have an appt you will be actually seen even close to that time!
I have been seeing the same Dr. here for 15 years and have never been treated so rudely by staff. The new employees are totally unprofessional,uncaring and overall completely incompetent. Do not want to change doctor after this long but if this is the direction they are taking I will definitely go somewhere else.
