Do they care about their patients? I’m currently here with my 1 year old, and its been 2 and 1/2 hrs since they’ve even checked on us. I asked the receptionist for an update, and she said told us she had spoken with our nurse and to wait. We’be been here so long they’ve went through a shift change and we haven’t spoken to, or been introduced to our new nurse. I am livid!

I was recently billed almost $900 plus a separate radiology bill for a routine 20-minute ultrasound. I had one a few months earlier, which was less than $200 total. My doctor’s office suggested I request to be switched to cash billing as we have a high deductible insurance plan. They said no. I did not realize the facility was associated with the hospital when making the appointment. I do not feel this bill matches the service provided.

ER änd 6th floor staff ( except 1 femäle on 6th floor on 9/7) are a greät, friendly and caring bunch of people. i had pretty extreme päin at times so it never çrossed my mind to check my wallet. i came in on 9/5 by ämbulänce and was admitted to room 658. i was dîschärged this afternoon 9/7. on the wày home we stopped at a stôre and i found out all my cash had been stolen.i didn't purpôsely bring the cash, the paramedics brôught it with me. i know 60+ dollars îsn“t much to some people but i live on a fîxed income of under $90... read more

I was very pleased with me stay here when I had my daughter. The staff was never pushy or rude and were always there when I needed them - even when I would accidentally make my alarm go off about 30 times!. When I had an emergency, about 4 nurses where in there immediately for help and assuring me I would be okay. They made my 4 day stay there comfortable and I will definitely be going back to this hospital if I decide to have another child in the future - even if it is a 45 minute drive for me!

My husband has been using Maury Regional's Infusion Clinic monthly since December for IVIG infusions. The staff is wonderful at the clinic. The clinic is always so clean and well maintained. It is so nice to have a clinic close to home where we don't have to travel long distances. Once again I would like to commend the staff in this clinic for the professionalism they show in their job.
