I have been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 weeks about the status of my parents application. This is supposed to be move in day today and every number I call and email I send gets no answer. Can anyone help with this matter?
This is a great and affordable property! The manager, Kirby is extremely kind and professional ! The maintenance team has also done a wonderful job upgrading the apartments to look fresh and modern!
Don’t! Just Don’t. Office staff rarely shows up. Smoking throughout building and in common areas INSIDE building -even though some residents use oxygen. No mailbox keys provided so you can’t get mail. Residents appear not to be all 55+. Complaints met with snarky remarks or excuses, outright lies or crickets.
