This office had me come in for a new patient consult and X-rays just to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance starting the next month. I had to pay out of pocket for a new exam and a x-rays, since the new dentist I saw said the ones this office had taken were absolutely terrible and unreadable. It caused me 2 weeks of a headache.
dr dibenedetto fixed my dentures 7 yrs ago.they recently broke again .my insurance h as changed he dont take my new insuance they told me to in to make a long story short .he fixed my denture again . him knowing i was a fellow firefighter and no insurace the bill was 450 dollars ,he charged a 100 bucks ,what a nice man and im sure a great fire chief westhampton beach fd should be proud
I had a crown and cleaning done at Dr. DiBenedetto’s office. I am very happy with the doctor & rest of the staff. Everyone is nice & they make you feel at eased. I am so glad I found Dr. DiBenedetto & his staff. I would highly recommend going to this office.
okay so i know the dentist is never anyone's favorite place to go to. I know it isn't for me! i was born with cleft lip and palate. i am no stranger to any kind of oral procedures but i am way more sensitive than most. i had the most fantastic experience with this office. Hannah is an exceptional hygienist. She listened to every fear/ concern i had and made sure my experience was amazing. The rest of the staff are so sweet, respectful, and pleasant.
