I was falsely accused of stealing by Andre after dealing with years of squirrels in my walls among various other issues. It took weeks to get an appliance replaced. My pipes froze every winter and the only solution offered was to use an extension cord and space heater which is a fire hazard. Unresponsive and needs constant reminders to upkeep the property imo. I was falsely accused of stealing by Andre after dealing with years of squirrels in my walls, broken heat, broken pipes, and barely any insulation to cool and heat the house. It took two months to get an appliance replaced. My pipes froze every winter and the only solution offered was to use an extension cord and space heater which is a fire hazard. Andre has this listing as the company for multiple properties. But it shows its been shut down. Also refers you to his new company Salon Realty Corp to submit applications. They do not process them nor answer calls or respond to voice messages and texts. DO NOT waste your money here. They will take your application money and never get back to you. SCAM. I should have listened to the reviews.
