Best pizza in Joliet. Just far enough we don't gotten but I never leave any pizza behind on my deep dish.

Hit or miss here. Had possibly the best pizza ever a few times. And sometimes it comes out severely undercooked or burnt. It's a shame because when it's done right it is awesome. But there's been more bad experiences lately than good. Also the owner told us that the raw uncooked dough is how he always cooks it unless we ask for it otherwise. lol. Sorry we didn't know we had to order the pizza to be cooked.
THIS TIME it was great .. last time I had cardboard circle cooked into my pizza BUT they never thought twice about compensating me in any way. I would think they should had credited me without me bringing it up. I DO MEAN NOTHING WAS DONE THAT TIME.
