This company was really unbelievable. Inherited their service from the previous owner and as they started getting called out for terrible service especially on the pool side took the position to decide to stop the service. Surely your right to do so and not every customer is right however would think you would try to improve what you are doing and drop the we can “take or leave our customers” mentality. Cmon guys be professional! Good thing there are a lot of pools and yards in Florida. 🤷♂️
We have used Mauriello’s lawn care for 5 or 6 years now. In addition to weekly yard maintenance we also use them to treat our grass and beds for pests. I found this helpful if there is an issue - they can solve it (and not blame the other responsible party for the grass dying as I’ve seen when we’ve used two different service providers in the past).
