I'm am very disappointed in the service I received here. I had them put a new radiator in my Audi TT in Febuary 2016 and by August of 2016 my car was over heating and I took it back. They told me that the radiator was defective and told me they didn't guarrentee their work after 3 months . That I would Hv to pay for their labor all over again. Even though they put the radiator in. I suggest u look at ur receipts from them bcause they obviously don't guarrentee their work at all!
He ripped off my dad who was his close friend . He was supposably giving him discounts on cars to fix him but when he went to replace his motor he charged my dad more than what the motor cost because he was making up for all the other discounts that he had gave him in previous cars. What kind of owner does that ? If he does that to his close friend who knows what he'll do to someone he doesn't know. Bad mechanic. So I've been to this shop a couple of times, and he does good work for basic services. Ex. Tune ups, oil changes, etc. This time around my throttle body went out on my car. I call him since I have been to him many times and first asked if he could fix the problem. I get a yes from them so I tow my car to him and it's in the shop for a few days. My whole motor went out and he charged me over 2thousand to fix it , after taking a month to "get a used motor" I came to find out he couldn't do it , lost my time and money . It's horrible , besides ripping people off he does a crapy job .
They have outstanding customer service...for basic jobs...starter..alternators...radiators or a/c service they can't be beat. They are not master mechanics so don't expect to take your car there for a complete engine or transmission change. Great bunch of guys!!!
