Mauricio helped me expedite a rental property- in a very competitive market. Even though he represented the landlord- he went over and above to help me as a renter, every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, and even provided his own personal referrals. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.
Mauricio was great to work with. He's super knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and in contact with us every step of the way. He helped us negotiate on price as well as helped us get appliances and major items replaced that were in bad shape on the inspection.
