I went into an actual store first the first time in ages. Was with a friend who was exchanging something. Saw a pair of pants and decided to try on. I worked in fashion for decades....way back when we had I. MAGNIN and Neiman Marcus in SF. I was under the impression that the days of customer service died when Union Square did. After many trips to the dressing room at a different store in the mall where nothing fit right or felt good and no luck another store, Maurice’s was a breath of fresh air. Emily greeted me and she was so kind and helpful, going so far as to help me find a dress for a wedding, bringing the same energy as a friend going shopping with me would.
