I attempted schedule my son an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Chung and immediately it felt like I was jumping over hurdles. The 1st two phone calls were unanswered and I received the voicemail. Because this matter has some urgency I then called the Brown Deer location who was then able to get ahold to GI scheduling for me and transferred my call. Very nice, him and his assistant Amanda and staff. Have helped me very much.
Dr. Chung is a wonderful doctor who listens patiently and cares greatly about his patients. I've been seeing him for many years with much satisfaction.
