I was referred to Dr. Tom-Pack by my primary care doctor. The atmosphere of the facility is pleasant and the staff was very courteous. Dr. Tom-Pack was very attentive. He answered all my questions and concerns immediately. I was expecting just a consultation and to have to make another appointment for the injections, but he did everything at my initial visit. I am pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Dr. Tom-Pack.
Dr Tompack is the most uncaring arrogant doctor I have ever seen!
I was seen in the ER for a bike accident in which I broke my hip. after a short time Of waiting Dr. Tom Pack came into my room to explain the procedure he was going to do to secure a fractured hip. He had great bedside Manner and was very thorough.
Dr Tom Pack was recommended by the ER. He spent 2 minutes with me & would not recommend a plan of action. He kept repeating that text books say... I asked if that is what he would recomend. He countered with, what do you want? He would not recommend or suggest a course of action. He is the specialist, the least he could do is guide me. I was diappointed with his evasiveness, and I feel my insurance company is being cheated.
I was very inpress with his care
He explained everything in terms we could understand, he is kind and considerate.
Easy to talk to, good bed side manners.
After a 5 hour surgery on my lower back restored all feelings to my legs.Thank you Dr.Tom Pack
