I worked for Maurice Sporting Goods for over 3 years and I loved coming in to work every single day. The culture was inviting and inclusive. We were a family. My bosses were always kind to me. Inventory counts are not accurate (off by several units). Maurice will charge customers for inventory it does not possess and does not give customers timely notification it does not have the inventory. Instead, Maurice will state that the item it shipping when in fact it is not even in their possession.
