Have an appointment at 2:40, as I was signing in the staff still had the previous appointments information on the list. Noticed each appointment time was 10mins apart?? People keep on pouring into the waiting room while no one has been seen. I asked the front desk clerk if this is normal and she said yes, this is actually good. Additionally, I asked how far apart are each appointment and her response was 5mins apart. This practice doesn’t seem to be about quality rather how many patients he (Dr. Jove) can get.
