Elderly or disabled tenants can't get out the main gate. One lady talks to her friend thru the gate b/c neither of them can open it. No background checks. MGPM and Anthony Bourg moved in a drug dealer just released from jail, already with a fresh warrant. Anthony and his entire maintenance team came over to watch the police raid the apartment.
