Office of Dr Zadeh is full of nice and professional staff. I am now more clear than yesterday, mind wise and vision wise. This was my first and last visit to your office. I received a text that my contact lenses were ready and could be placed in the drop box. I agreed since I was at work, but I couldn’t come immediately after a 12-hour shift I didn’t expect to work. I was DRAINED so I chose to come on my off day. When I finally came in to check where my lenses were and they were gone, and Ms. Diana had the audacity to act rude and blame me, saying if I had informed you I couldn’t come, the lenses would have been removed. I have come here for over 25 years and they are the best! Love Dr. zadeh and Alex is amazing he cares so much about customers and has always been such a gem!! I’m so thankful for them and to them for all their service all these years
