Waited 30 minutes in the reception area! Then waited an hour inside the exam room! Unacceptable! Money hungry Doctors schedule too many people for the same timeframe! Thereby giving you lousy care! If you don’t want to wait this not the place for you!
WORSE PLACE I EVER BEEN... Every time I go is 1 hour...2 hour wait...IS INSANE...Why they scheduled you for a time and see you another??? IT WASN'T EVEN A PERSON IN THE WATING AREA. WTH, DR. SHEETZ DOING?? NAPPING?? He is a really nice doctor, but this place has to do something about the wait time. Seriously. By the way, the bathroom is a disgrace, and this is a pulmonary doctor? Absolute worst experience I've had at a doctor's office. I waited more than two hours to see the doctor and finally gave up and left. Staff never gave me an update as to when the doctor would finally see me and was told "We can reschedule you for new appointment." Totally unacceptable.
