Since the management has recently changed I have felt a sense of professionalism from the staff I have encountered. They have been most accommodating, friendly, and approachable. Thanks!
We moved in Jan 2025, we haven't really seen or heard anything bad so far to date. Julie has been super awesome and communicative. We needed a couple small repairs and those were done reasonably fast and efficiently. It's been pretty quiet and our neighbors have been very nice.
This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived in my life! Avoid this apartment complex at all costs! When I first moved in there 4 years ago it was fairly decent rent was cheap and The manager they had at that time (sandy) it was always very kind to me but towards the end of my residency there That's when things start going Downhill fast! The only reason I’m giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because if the current manager Erica, she’s a lovely person and manager. However the building and the things that have happened in the 5 years we lived there is a 0. 7/29/2024 ANOTHER BREAK IN to my car has happened. This is the second time we have had someone break into one of or cars, my car and my boyfriends car a few months back. My boyfriend and I have lived here since 2019, wide range of tenants, everyone is quiet for the most part the rent is a great price you really can’t beat it. The manager Erica is great she’s very friendly and cares about her tenants, much better than the old manager. The maintenance is decent also any time there is a problem it’s fixed within the next 2 days or less. All together it’s a great place to live.
