New management is great! Julie is professional and responsive and the apartment looked great at move in!
Julia Gall was a peach and helped us tremendously. I just moved in apartments look good and neighbors are nice also.

We moved in Jan 2025, we haven't really seen or heard anything bad so far to date. Julie has been super awesome and communicative. We needed a couple small repairs and those were done reasonably fast and efficiently. It's been pretty quiet and our neighbors have been very nice.
This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived in my life! Avoid this apartment complex at all costs! When I first moved in there 4 years ago it was fairly decent rent was cheap and The manager they had at that time (sandy) it was always very kind to me but towards the end of my residency there That's when things start going Downhill fast!
