I’ve been a patient for about a year now And I can tell you that they really do not care about their patients. Multiple times I Would go to the office pay my Co-pay Get seen and they say they would send my prescription But it would take weeks for them to Actually, send it. I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and follow up from this office. We had blood work completed and waited seven days for someone to call with the results. By the time we finally received a phone call, my family member was already hospitalized and undergoing a procedure. The only information provided was that his cholesterol was high. You can't ever get anybody to answer the phone here they also don't do a very good job of treating you
Dr. Alazar is by far the best primary care doctor I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going for 8 years. I’ve had complex pain which includes migraines from arthritis, nerve damage and joint pain combined with inflammation as a result of being in a pedestrian accident 44 years ago. He and his staff and all his doctors are always prompt and courteous and I always receive excellent care. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
It was an amazing experience,they were so completely kind and helpful. Now I can finally get the care I need. Their staff were excellent and they new how to treat people.
