My husband goes here. We see Dr alaxar more on a regular basis see his NP. He’s wonderful. Listens to everything with intent and the follow thru is amazing. Pro active . Every one is so nice and accommodating.
Terrible staff, receptions are rude, delay prescriptions and for the most part “have no idea what’s going on” said by 2 women at reception. They need to train their staff with more efficiency and respect to the patients. Very bad attitudes over the phone and in person. Forced to change doctors because of insurance changes (we had the best dr before) and unfortunately I will be changing my grandmothers doctor again because of how incredible disrespectful the lobby staff is
Been with him for years! Wouldn't want another Dr. He is caring, he listens to your needs and concerns. And does EVERYTHING IT TAKES to take care of your wellness
I saw Rachel for my first visit and I am thoroughly impressed, considering I have a lot of medical issues to go through, however, she took the time to look at all of my stuff, including medical records from the last three years that are in my chart from a previous doctor, and they were very prompt when I arrived that I did not have to wait a long time like I’m usually accustomed to.
