Bob from Maurer's came out this morning to replace a spring on our garage door that suddenly broke last night. He was so kind and professional and went above and beyond to fix other issues that were incorrectly done by a different company in August. Bill did great a job! He was punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced. I recommend Mauer's and will definitely use again.
The company my warranty people sent out said it would be 3k and they didn’t have the parts to fix the coil. Mauers came out next day and fixed it in a couple hours for $300. Honest, thorough, professional and polite!!!
Backed into my garage door. Everyone I called wanted to replace. I remembered Maurer's from the first time I had a garage door installed back in 1996. I called and he came out and said he could repair the door. A few hours later the door was repaired. Saved me thousands. The only place I call for garage door repair/ install. Thanks Bob.
