The tech (Randy) called and asked if he could come up ahead of the scheduled time which was to my advantage and was very professional, knew what he was doing from the get go and explained every thing in lay mans language, as a result my furnace is heating better than it was when new. Maurer came out to fix my furnace, guy had no idea what was wrong with it, he replaced a bunch of parts which took all day and still didn't fix it. Said his manager would have to come look at it. Never heard from them until I got a bill saying I owed $150. I called and complained multiple times. When I got the collection notice I called to complain again with no result. I have used Maurers's for furnace and air conditioning service for many years. They have always provided prompt reliable service. Today I came to work to find the office at 80 degrees and climbing. Maurer's sent out a technician within 2 hours and he quickly found the problem.
