I was a patient at this practice for 2 years under the care of the former physician. I called twice today to discuss my symptoms and options to be seen. I was met with an unwillingness to be bothered in addition to being placed on “hold” for the operator to discuss her “mom” and how she will “do what she can for her” which I overheard. The level of disregard that this office has right now is dangerous and disappointing considering my experience over the last 2 years.
