Dr. Offiah and her staff were professional, courteous, and administered treatment with care. She explained the procedure to me, and was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I had a great experience, and would not hesitate to visit this location again. I did have to wait an hour later than my appointment was scheduled to be seen, which was slightly frustrating. However, my overall medical experience was great.
My appointment was yesterday - after waiting a few months for opening. I left extremely upset. Disappointed. I arrived early to my appointment. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to even be called to the back (this is after I went to ask the receptionist to please verify my appointment time - assuming I had the wrong time). Once I was placed in a room, I waited another 15 mins or so. Dr. Offiah walks in and while seemingly pleasant she stood against the wall, after putting on gloves and just ran through prescriptions. Terrible! TERRIBLE !! Do not recommend for ppl who have surface level issues. Had to wait 2 HOURS for my appointment. Dr. Offiah walks in and immediately tells me she can’t do anything for me and the reason I’m there will be pointless. I leave five minutes late and have now received a $200 Bill. If you are a black person with skin problems evidently she cant do much for you. (Her words)
