I found working with Maureen very easy and a joy to be around. She helped me through all stages of preparing my rental for sale, marketing it, and all the paperwork to sell it on or before closing. I can not say enough about how knowledgeable and professional she was with everything envolved with selling my house including handling the unexpected issues that popped up. There were some dillies.

Maureen was such a delight to work with! She led us with all her knowledge and our best interest at heart. Maureen in the real estate mentor that everyone deserves. She was incredibly patient, wise, and caring throughout our whole process and was able to negotiate hard to help us get our home for asking price. The only downside to closing on the house was not getting to spend time with Maureen. We are beyond thankful for her and miss her dearly.
