She missed a root in my root canal procedure. She is a 1 person shop. Does not have the latest technology. While she offered to re-do the procedure, she was very flippant about my complaint that the tooth still did not feel right after the root canal. She also didn't want to take a 3 D XRay w/ no explanation - although I'm guessing it had something to do w cost on her end. (continued) I went in today for the remainder of the root canal. Even though I was ten minutes late to my appointment, Dr. Swift was willing to see me. As with my first appointment, she did an incredibly professional job. Without the inflammation that had complicated the first procedure, it was almost completely painless, which is a rarity in dental work of any kind. There is a reason for all the 5-star reviews - Dr. Swift and her team are the absolute best! Professional, competent, considerate, great manner, explain all the details, and the procedure was not bad at all. SO impressed with Dr. Swift and recommend her to everyone!
Dr. Swift is professional, and explains her procedures in detail to bring calm and reassurance to her patient. You can tell she loves what she does and does a good job.
