Maureen is great! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We used her expertise to help us find a suitable rental under a fairly tight timeline, and she was fabulous, sending prospective homes, scheduling viewings, and ultimately getting us into an amazing home well within our budget, in the location we wanted. Maureen was fantastic as our realtor! She was very friendly and a joy to work with, and when we ran into complications (on the seller's part) she gave great advice and we ended up with the house due to her diligence. Having a realtor who grew up in the area was also excellent as she has knowledge and insight about the neighborhoods as well as a great network of people to call on for various house needs. We needed new carpet put over the bare floors before we moved (3 days after signing) and were worried about getting it done... read more
