Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Kind of, I didn't feel like they were completely accepting Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Do you feel that you made progress during your sessions with this psychiatrist? I've made a little progress, but nothing significant Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

I saw this physician for several years. She fosters dependency and is unprofessional. After several hearings with her professional peers she was admonished for unprofessional behavior.
