We think Maureen is the greatest. She went far beyond the call of duty in selling our house. The brochure she produced to describe the house was a masterpiece. She helped with all aspects of the sale:the staging, storage of furniture, information on workmen and movers. She even got down on her knees and polished the kitchen floor alongside of me. In the end we got the price we had asked for. How could anyone ask for more?

We bought and sold a house with Maureen a couple of years ago. She helped us get a fantastic price for our single family home. She had us de clutter and put things into storage. She told us things we could do to get top dollar and she helped us figure out how to do things in a cost effective manner. She didn't insist that we do more work than we were willing to do and she helped us present our house in the best light possible. Maureen is very knowledgeable about the surrounding market and priced our house appropriately so that we were able to get a full ask offer in four days. She also helped us navigate our tricky schedule and rent back situation as we wanted to stay in the house a couple weeks after our child was born. She saw us through the whole rent back period and made sure we were reimbursed as agreed upon with the new owner.

You will not find a harder working or more professional realtor than Maureen Dawson. Maureen was great right from the start.
