Dr. Stefko is the smartest and kindest primary care physician I have ever had. I need a lot of referrals for a genetic condition and she always helps me keep on top of my care routine. She also was very helpful in figuring out solutions for symptoms related to perimenopause 5 years ago that literally saved my mental health. I will be so sad some day when I move from Chicago and have to find a new PCP. Wish I could take her with me!
Never in my life have I come across such an unprofessional, dysfunctional practice. I have been on Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism for almost 12 years and the doctor has been calling this in for me for the last year (for as long as I have been a patient). I was informed by the doctor AFTER they refused to refill my prescription that I need to see the physician every 12 months for her to continue refilling.
