Never in my life have I come across such an unprofessional, dysfunctional practice. I have been on Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism for almost 12 years and the doctor has been calling this in for me for the last year (for as long as I have been a patient). I was informed by the doctor AFTER they refused to refill my prescription that I need to see the physician every 12 months for her to continue refilling. Dr. Stefko is very thorough, kind and listens well, addressing all concerns. I have never had an issue getting a hold of anyone or getting a quick response for any of my needs with her office, in fact, I feel like they are above and beyond other medical facilities I have been with.
